The accommodations is available as from 16:00 on the day of arrival.

On the agreed day of departure, you must vacate the accommodation by 10 a.m. at the latest.

We ask for a deposit of 25% of the agreed rental sum.

The remaining rent must be paid in full no later than 30 days before the arrival date.

The tourist tax is € 2, - per person per day.

Excluding children under 15 years of age.

Upon cancellation of a booking the following conditions apply:

Until 42 days prior arrival Cancellation is without any cost.
From 42 days until 30 days prior arrival the Cancellation costs are 25% of the rental sum.
From 30 days until 20 days prior arrival the Cancellation costs are 60% of the rental sum.
Cancellations from 20 days prior arrival will or “no-show” result in 100% of the rental sum as Cancellation cost.
